Helpline Volunteer Call Handlers

Volunteers have always been at the heart of YANA and its helpline. If you are interested in joining our helpline team in a voluntary capacity, please get in touch so that we can send you relevant information and talk to you about the opportunities.

Volunteering on the helpline requires a commitment to undertake compulsory training (2 x full days and 2 x half days), as well as annual refresh training, and peer supervision sessions. This could lead you to be eligible to apply to be on our register of Bank Staff to cover holidays and sickness for live helpline hours.
